The Quickest and Easiest Way to Lose Christmas Bloat!
You’ve finally found it…
During the Holidays its’ easy to find yourself overindulging in Holiday feast.
The excess amount of sugar, carbs and sodium you’ve been taking in has probably left you feeling tired and bloated. Excess refined sugar can spike your blood sugar, which means craving sugary food; excess salt causes water retention and bloating; and excess alcohol causes dehydration.
This is why it’s so important for you to cleanse your body from the toxins that have built up over the Holidays. At Get Fit Now we don’t believe in extreme detoxes, such as all liquid diets, because it’s not needed.
Instead we want you to try a clean, green and lean detox for the next 2-3 days to:
- Release water retention and bloating
- Get your blood sugar rebalanced
- Recharge your energy & metabolism
This detox plan will be based on cutting out starchy carbs in order to help your body release water rapidly. You will be eating a lot of green veggies, protein, and healthy fats.
