Hey everyone! So we have found a SUPER YUMMY AND EASY dessert recipe you guys can make as your healthy summer treat.
Now, the temperature is going up and we know that your cravings for Bruster’s or Ben and Jerry’s is probably going up too. So we here’s a great way to enjoy the cold and refreshing taste of an ice cream without the extra calories!
Here are the ingredients:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together until it’s nice and smooth
By the way, we used powdered peanut butter because it has the same taste but less fat than regular peanut butter!
2. Place in the freezer for 30-45 minutes until cold (you don’t want it rock solid).
Then, just eat and enjoy! Insanely easy right? And it tastes just like ice cream!
The hardest part is probably waiting until you can enjoy all of the yummy goodness.
