Dustin and I are at Starbucks planning out the Get Fit Now event calendar for the next couple of months.
I was blown away when I saw the amount of sugar and calories some of their drinks contain….. so I wanted to share with you some of my favorite “Skinny” Starbucks Drinks
(Keep in mind some of these drinks do have a good amount of sugar in them so try to limit it to 1 or 2 a week)
1. Carmel macchiato: 100 cal.
2. Caffe latte:100 calories (non-fat milk)
3. Cappuccino : 60 calories (non fat milk)
4. Cinnamon dolce latte: 90 cal. (Non fat milk)
5. Tazo lemonade :100 cal.
