How to Make "Skinny" Peanut Butter Brownies

Who doesn’t LOVE peanut butter?  Who doesn’t LOVE brownies?  Well, we have come up with a recipe that is  both healthy and delicious!

This dessert is so good, that it’s really hard to have just one! You can make them for dessert, an afternoon pick me up, after school snack, or even have 1 for a pre-workout fuel food!  We have been guilty as charged to have one with breakfast!  But, no matter,  when you decide to indulge, you can feel good about making a healthy choice and knowing there is no added sugar to these amazing “skinny” peanut butter brownies!

Ready to taste deliciousness?

Here is what you will need:



8 x 8 inch baking pan

Mixing Bowl

Wire Whisk or Wooden Spoon

Cooking Spray

1 1/2 cups all natural Peanut Butter (we use organic, un-salted)

1/2 cup raw honey OR pure maple syrup

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

2 large eggs (we use organic cage-free)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 Handful dark chocolate chips (optional)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Lightly spray 8 x 8 baking pan with cooking spray

Mix together all ingredients in large bowl


Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20 minutes


Let cool before cutting into squares.  (if you can wait that long!)


That’s it!  You now have a healthy treat that you don’t have to feel guilty about!
