How To Make a Frozen Dessert That Only Seems fattening!

How would you like to make an easy, yummy, frozen guilt-free treat that only requires 2 ingredients?   Well, here is one that you will love to indulge in!  Blend frozen bananas and pour them into a muffin tin before freezing so you have a pre-portioned dessert anytime you’re craving for something sweet, but guilt-free!  Add dark chocolate chips to add some good antioxidants!

Two-Ingredient Banana Dark Chocolate Chip Ice Cream cups

Frozen bananas and dark chocolate chips are all it takes to make these little ice cream cups that are the perfect, guilt-free treat!

They’re so easy to make and you can store it  in the freezer for when you are craving something that only tastes fattening!

All you have to do is slice and freeze about 6 very ripe bananas for about an hour and a half.

You’ll set the bananas out for about 5 minutes to let them soften a bit before blending them until smooth and creamy, and then stir in the mini chocolate chips.

Scoop the ice cream into a greased  muffin pan, filling each cup almost full, then sprinkle each one with a few more mini chocolate chips. Place the ice cream cups in the freezer for about an hour and then use a knife to pop each one out.

You can then stack them in a freezer safe container with parchment paper between each layer of bites to prevent them from sticking together.

When ready to eat, remove however many ice cream cups  you want from the freezer container and let set out for a few minutes before eating.

It’s as easy as that! Feel free to add fat free whipped cream and some berries if you’d like!
