1. Side Planks
Do this exercise for 1 minute. 30 seconds on each side.
1. Standing Ab Crunch
Crunch one knee to the opposite elbow, 30 seconds on each side, 1 minute total.
3. Criss-Cross Mountain Climbers
Keep switching back and forth, with one knee to opposite elbow each time. Do as many as you can for 1 minute!
4. Plank with a Leg Lift
Lift one leg at a time while keeping the plank position. Do this for 30 seconds on each leg. This will help tighten up your core!
